Welcome to Wably
What Wably is, how these docs are organised, and the three pages every new Wably user should read before sending a single message.
Wably is a WhatsApp automation platform built for small and growing businesses. It connects your business number to the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) run by Meta, and gives you one dashboard for chatbots, broadcasts, a shared team inbox, AI agents and integrations.
These docs are written for business owners, not developers. Every page explains why something works the way it does, then shows you how to do it in Wably.
