Update Your WhatsApp Business Profile
Change your display name, profile photo, about text, category, address and website so customers recognise your business.
A complete profile builds trust — customers are far more likely to reply to a business with a logo and a clear description.
What you can edit#

Where to edit#
You can start from Wably: Connect Account → Connect WhatsApp, find your number under Phone Numbers and click Manage. Profile changes are made in Meta:
- Open Meta Business Suite → WhatsApp Manager.
- Go to Account tools → Phone numbers and click the settings icon next to your number.
- Open Profile to edit the photo and details, then save.
Changing the display name#
- In the same phone number settings, find Display name → Edit.
- Enter the new name and submit. Meta usually reviews it within a few days.
- Once approved, click Sync on the number in Wably's Connect Account page.
Tip
Display names get rejected when they don't match anything public about your business. Make sure your website, Facebook page or signage uses the same name.
